While you're out handling life, I'm handling the important stuff — belly rub negotiations, suspicious squirrels, dramatic dinner demands, and pets who are absolutely convinced they haven't been fed in weeks.

Welcome to Pet Sitting with Rosie, where your pets are the VIPs, their weird little routines are taken very seriously, and there's no such thing as too many pictures of your dog sleeping.

I've been running my pet-sitting business since 2019, but I've been in the animal world a whole lot longer. Since 2010, I've also worked as a farm educator at the Suffolk County Farm and Education Center. So whether your best friend has paws, hooves, whiskers, or a serious attitude problem, chances are we've got something in common.

I have an extra soft spot for rescue animals, the shy ones, the seniors, and the slightly misunderstood troublemakers. Some pets need a little extra patience, some need medication, and some just need someone to sit on the floor with them until they decide we're friends. I'm good with all three.

Here's how things work around here:

Your pet likes dinner at exactly 5:03? Got it.

Your cat demands fresh water but only from that one specific cup? Understood.

Your dog needs medication hidden in a very elaborate cheese operation? Say less.

Your rescue pup needs a little time before trusting someone new? I've got all the patience in the world.

From drop-in visits and dog walks to overnight stays, medication administration, cat care, and even farm animal care, I work around your pet's routine — not the other way around.

And because I know leaving your animals behind can be stressful, expect plenty of pictures, updates, and probably a running commentary about whatever nonsense your pets have gotten themselves into.

I'll handle the chaos, the cuddles, and the occasional unidentified object in your dog's mouth.
